Last summer we would go on hikes and pack these amazing sandwiches with all the good stuff - good cheese, like colby jack or pepper jack, whole wheat or multigrain bread, delicious high-quality lunchmeat. I miss those sandwiches! I haven’t eaten much bread at all lately and I gotta say I kinda miss it.
Lunch tomorrow: Brown rice, steamed veggies, strawberries&blackberries and Greek yogurt. Snack: Mixed nuts, half unsalted, half lightly salted/low sodium. All ready to go in the fridge. :D

I’m thinking about having this or something like it for breakfast tomorrow… OH MY GOODNESS - unsweetened vanilla almond milk - SILK HAS IT NOW! I am SO thrilled with life. Tonight I had a GIANT bowl of cereal to try to get rid of my old unsweetened almond milk so I can get into my delicious unsweetened vanilla. I get wayyy too excited about food
